Tour Dates w/ Manchester Orchestra Set For 2010

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:  The Features, the first band signed to the Kings of Leon’s  record label via a partnership with 429 Records and Bug Music continue to build upon their success having secured two key licensing deals for songs taken from their latest album, “SOME KIND OF SALVATION.”  Currently showing in theaters nationwide is the trailer for the upcoming comedy “She’s Out of My League” featuring the band’s first single “Lions.”  The film, directed by Jim Field Smith and starring Jay Baruchel (“Knocked Up,” “Tropic Thunder”), will be released on March 12.   Also just confirmed for the band, their song “Off Track” can be heard in an upcoming episode of “One Tree Hill” that will air on January 25th.  In addition, the Features will head out on the road with Manchester Orchestra on an extensive U.S. tour that begins in February.

Once considered Nashville’s best kept secret, The Features have earned an ever-growing following for their special brand of dynamic pop rock.  The band has earned accolades worldwide off the strength of the stellar album “SOME KIND OF SALVATION” (produced by Jacquire King and released in July of 2009), and their irrepressibly energetic live shows.  The band continue to win over fans worldwide and show no signs of stopping in 2010!
